Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • Free of odors, pet hair, stains, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase
  • Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at team@threadly-ma3.madethis.app with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
