How We Ship

Threadly is a dropship retailer. Orders are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners — AliExpress, CJdropshipping, and Trendsi — and shipped to your door. This means items may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Domestic orders processed by 3 PM ET Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day or the following business day.

International Shipping

International delivery windows are estimates and may be extended by customs processing. Threadly is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or import taxes. These costs, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Processing time may increase during peak periods (holidays, major sales events).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Some international shipments may have limited tracking updates until they enter the destination country.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at team@threadly-ma3.madethis.app. We will investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout. VIP and VIP+ members receive reduced or waived shipping thresholds — see our Membership page for details.
